While both relationship coaches and therapists help individuals and couples improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while relationship coaches focus on helping individuals and couples achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to a Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
